about

Another true account "Story Rap" about being reunited with my high-school, foreign exchange student girlfriend that I lost touch with back in 1992.
For 28 years we both tried to find one another over the years.
It was only due to the fact that I have a second fakebook account under the name that she knew me as (Richard/Ricky) that Google now connects all my "Amir Alexander stuff to my first/forename.
This is one of the three "for the ladies" tracks.
And I actually sing on the chorus/hook of this one.

lyrics

92 Til' Infinity

Some people know innate. Some need to find a clue/
We reaped the sow. Our fate was set in nineteen ninety-two/
I saw a girl who rocked my world. And almost out my league/
Still I stepped. We both lept. It was meant to be//

A foreign exchange student from the West of Germany/
Crossed the span of cultures thick as thieves we learned to be/
Double date with my manz and her home-girl. Three plus me/
Her with Mike and Cindy we would ride and burn a tree//

Inside a yern in me. To collide discern and see/
Nineteen year old curves. Lying naked next to me/
Shorty on the pill so we sexin' flexy free/
The coochie feelin' ill. So I'm tryin' not to bust//

We ridin' on that lust. Yet still constructing trust/
And stimulate our lids as we build like pyramids/
Last of the old school. Always flowed cool/
Fast how our souls grew. Cannott wait to hold you//

Lived in different cities but we often rolled through/
Yet we was kinda stuck cause we didn't have no whip/
But then things would always sync. So then we would always link/
I was really sweatin' you and you was on my tip//

Then suddenly one day, that was it. Came to end/
And you moved back to Germany and we were lost to circumstance/
But often I would think about what happened to my friend/
My curly German soulmate. For decades at a stalemate//

Fairy-tale but factual. Tell no lies all actual/
Smooth like jazzy saxophone. Opened a time capsule//
Can't deny it has a pull. We easy and we casual/
Not half empty glass half full. Destination maximal//

Still hard to believe and conceive. Barely graspable/
Highly valuable. Plan for long lasting yo/
Now we got it back folks-nem unextractable/
Never would imagine we could have us back to hold//

Little did I know. Impossible for me to see/
That I had made the same impact on her she did on me/
Each year would search the internet for puzzle's missing key/
The orbit finally spun back round. Seems God was listening//

Twenty-eight years. No luck. Cannot find a thing/
Never could forget that one. The bittersweet that stings/
The time so brief and we so young. Butt much more than a fling/
A spell that's so indelible. Through decades it still clings//

It's ill and can't be real. The appeal that I still feel/
Fate now comes full circle. No more searching time to chill/
Now we can answer questions. Missing links and gaps to fill/
Lick shots off in the bedroom. We gots nuff caps to peel//

Netflix and chill. The sex is unreal/
It's like an outter body. The surface just revealed/
Higher at a deeper rate. A fate somewhat surreal/
Time could not erode our feel. Strong like tungsten steel//

Time marched. The fiddle played. Restart at middle age/
We part. Put on delay. Our arch Refused to fade/
So what comes next. Sands of time and it's effects/
We rock the grown and sexy. So we look and feel our best//

Granted a gift. Can't understand such a lift/
Now we roll in tandem. Too wild to be random. I'm blissed/
Never make up lost time. Or moments that we missed/
We'll just make the best what's left. Prevail cause we persist//

Fairy-tale but factual. Tell no lies all actual/
Smooth like jazzy saxophone. Opened a time capsule//
Can't deny it has a pull. We easy and we casual/
Not half empty glass half full. Destination maximal//

Still hard to believe and conceive. Barely graspable/
Highly valuable. Plan for long lasting yo/
Now we got it back folks-nem unextractable/
Never would imagine we could have us back to hold//
